About The Position

The Revolution's mission is to love God and love those at Ball State and in Muncie, Indiana. For over 40 years, we have been serving on Ball State’s campus, seeking to help students encounter and follow Jesus during their college years. We also deeply value the city of Muncie and the many opportunities it provides to love and care for people in our community. Each year, we invite both part-time and full-time residents to join us in this mission by serving in areas such as outreach, discipleship, worship, sound, small group leadership, event planning, and children’s ministry. Reliant is a faith-based nonprofit that partners with missional churches and Gospel-centered nonprofits to mobilize support-based missionaries for the Great Commission. Through Reliant, we provide missionaries with the resources, training, and support needed to thrive in their calling, including the critical process of raising financial and prayer support. Whether you're pursuing a short-term internship, a long-term residency, or a career in ministry, we are here to support and guide you every step of the way. This application process includes several stages: Application, Ministry Assessment, Moral Conduct, Local Interview, Reliant Review, Decision/Discernment, Provisionally Accepted, and Onboarding. Note: Once you begin a questionnaire within a stage, you will need to complete that stage fully. You are not able to save within a stage. Please set aside ample time to complete each stage.

Requirements

• Be emotionally and character-based ready for a role in ministry.
• Complete the application process, including multiple stages.
