About The Position

As the Mission Utility Lead & Warfighter Liaison, you will provide mission-level, systems engineering, architectural development, warfare analysis, and intelligence support to the U.S. Navy. Work will be performed in a government facility in Arlington, VA. This description outlines the general nature and scope of the role. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering mission-level systems engineering and architecture support, warfare analysis, and integration of intelligence resources throughout the acquisition life cycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate with external intelligence communities and agencies to develop and implement Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) solutions and operations.
  • In-depth experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and National Technical Means (NTM) systems to design, develop, implement, test, and evaluate advanced mission engineering concepts.
  • Prior experience supporting programs operating within highly classified or compartmented environments, with responsibility for safeguarding sensitive national security information.
  • Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently.
  • Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
  • Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational procedures for prototype systems, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Create and maintain Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documents and detailed operational concepts for end users.
  • Establish and track system metrics to support government evaluation and system acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with government stakeholders and contractor teams to support user engagement, including briefings, demonstrations, and working group participation with Navy and mission partners.
