Requirements

Experience working with operational military units and fielding Robotic and Autonomous Systems (RAS) to meet mission needs
Experience planning and coordinating RAS training and operational exercises
Knowledge of Robotic and Autonomous Systems, including platforms delivering kinetic or non-kinetic effects, and their integration into military operations
Ability to develop and implement training plans that ensure the effective use of robotic and autonomous systems
Ability to problem-solve and adapt in dynamic, high-pressure operational environments
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering Management, Military Studies, or 5+ years of experience working with Robotic and Autonomous Systems in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience in research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) of RAS technologies
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and autonomous systems applied in defense or operational settings
Knowledge of defense acquisition frameworks and processes across U.S. or multinational military organizations
TS/SCI clearance
Operational or management certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or emerging defense technologies certifications
