This role focuses on learning to lead and participate in effective Young Life ministry through training and direct field experience. The position involves spiritual development, leadership development, resource development, direct ministry, and ministry support. A college degree is preferred, and the role requires proven relational skills with both kids and adults, demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. All employees must sign a Statement of Faith and adhere to Young Life's religious purposes and standards.
