About The Position

Guidehouse is seeking a Mission Program Resource Manager to join their team. This role involves developing and managing resource and spend plans aligned with organizational priorities, allocating staff, budget, and operational resources based on evolving needs, and advising leadership on resource gaps, risks, and strategic planning. The position also entails financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial execution across departments, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and reimbursements, and supporting payroll inputs. Additionally, the role involves operational and office management, overseeing daily office operations, implementing efficient workflows, managing vendor relationships, records, and internal documentation systems, and supporting HR-related actions such as onboarding, timesheets, and staff coordination.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • EIGHT (8) or more years of experience in the national security setting

  • A high performing resource and finance professional with extensive experience managing budgets, supervising staff, coordinating across departments, and supporting mission focused operations.
  • Experience managing multi million dollar budgets or resource programs.
  • Supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Accounting or QuickBooks certifications.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting expertise.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Background supporting government, mission‑driven, or complex organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and year‑end processes.
  • Oversee daily office operations and implement efficient workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships, records, and internal documentation systems.
  • Support HR‑related actions such as onboarding, timesheets, and staff coordination.
