About The Position

This role serves as a Mission Program Manager & Financial Lead within the Operational Effectiveness job family. The position requires active participation in a multidisciplinary team to execute mission-critical business processes and daily workflows. A key aspect of the role involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, coordinating with stakeholders, management, and leadership to implement these improvements while maintaining daily output. The individual will also focus on developing trusted relationships and collaborative arrangements to enhance program resiliency and efficiency. Furthermore, the role demands serving as a subject matter expert and substantive lead for the team, guiding members with varying levels of experience. A strong drive to overcome challenges and advance program objectives towards future-state desires is essential.

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI security clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph
• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of professional experience in relevant disciplines, in DoW, local, state or federal government, intelligence community, and/or national security setting
• Demonstrated experience with complex financial management workflows on client-specific systems

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of FIFTEEN (15) years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Master's degree in a relevant field or discipline.

Responsibilities
