About The Position

As a Business Analyst, you are the expert responsible for leading high-impact initiatives, providing strategic guidance, and driving process modernization across the enterprise. This role requires a blend of deep subject matter expertise, program management, and leadership to solve complex organizational challenges. You will operate with significant autonomy, advising senior leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring the alignment of programs with strategic objectives. This position is central to enhancing GEOINT capabilities, improving business functions, and ensuring the successful execution of critical missions through expert analysis, process re-engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in organizational leadership, including managing people and programs and engaging with senior leadership
  • Experience developing or updating Strategic Implementation Plans
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Management field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Intelligence Oversight (IO), Privacy and Civil Liberties (PCL), 2.3 Procedures, or inspection programs or policy
  • Experience developing, documenting, and authoring a training plan, training course content, or other material designed to satisfy training objectives

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior program and project management support to the Mission Oversight Capability program, including developing strategic plans, policies, SOPs, and organizational performance metrics.
  • Lead process improvement and modernization efforts, applying methodologies such as Six Sigma and ITIL to enhance governance, optimize business functions, and improve GEOINT-related capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver executive level communications, including briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans to inform senior leadership decisions.
  • Drive data-focused analysis and technical solutions, including mentoring teams, supporting Tableau and other visualization tools, maintaining SharePoint and web environments, and addressing UI functionality needs.
  • Provide support services in developing, documenting, and authoring a training plan, training course content, and handbooks or other material designed to satisfy the IO, PCL, and Section 2.3 Procedures training objectives.
