About The Position

The Mission Operations (MOPs) team is responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of customer accounts. Mission Operations Engineers work across product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams to own customer relationships, and develop, plan, and deploy Anduril products to support missions. They collaborate directly with customers to understand specific problem sets and then work with engineering teams to shape Anduril's offerings to meet mission needs. Given the uniquely challenging problems, these engineers are adept at finding solutions and navigating organizational hurdles. They are ultimately responsible for customer and mission success, playing a critical role in shaping the future of Anduril Industries.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the deployment of Ghost-X and lead the planning and deployment for one of Anduril's flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions.
  • Deploy products to the field, train end users, and ensure the high performance of products through collaboration with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams.
  • Improve the user experience and evolve operational tactics and techniques by understanding how customers interact with products.
  • Work with product teams to quickly address issues on behalf of customers.
  • Grow business through customer success by meeting commercial targets that drive top line growth.
  • Establish committed and trust-based partnerships with customers to help them solve immediate problems and foresee future opportunities where Anduril's technology can make them more effective.
  • Understand Anduril's value proposition and articulate its impact on a customer's problem set, from the executive level to the end user.
  • Shape products to meet mission needs by working side-by-side with customers to understand their specific mission challenges and representing the customer to Anduril engineers.
  • Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team, including business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations, to successfully deploy complex hardware and software products.
  • Ensure each internal party is engaged and informed.
