As a Mission Operations Analyst and Planner, you’ll bring your technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in analyzing, designing and planning mission operations on projects for a high-profile customer. You’ll use your skills and expertise to conduct highly responsive mission planning support services as a part of a dedicated, client-site operational support team that enables the execution of dynamic mission requirements on a global basis. Develop and coordinate tailored mission planning packages, conduct suitability studies for destination airfields, and coordinate diplomatic clearances. Maintain a collaborative relationships to ensure continuous support is provided through the mission planning, execution, and data archiving phases of each mission. Maintain flexible work hours to accommodate all mission scenarios and provide uninterrupted operational support. Provide inputs to monthly mission planning support summaries to convey relevant statistical mission planning support data for client reference. Attend DoW and Industry sponsored mission planning conferences as necessary to remain abreast of advances in mission planning and dispatch processes. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with military or industry rated aviation
  • 5+ years of experience with military or industry mission planning, weather, and aircraft operations
  • 5+ years of experience with aircraft performance, airfield suitability, and Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) analysis
  • Experience with executive airlift or business aviation operations requirements
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with aviation industry-standard scheduling systems, and mission planning software
  • Experience with archiving post-flight data records
  • Master's degree
