The Mission Integration Coordinator serves as a central connector within the Mission Services Division for participant, partner, and business referral ecosystem, ensuring the successful coordination, integration, and execution of mission services, strategic partnerships, referral pathways, and participant access processes. This role functions as the operational glue between participants, internal departments, community partners, employers, and referral sources to ensure services, initiatives, and collaborative partnerships are fully implemented and operating effectively. The position supports both the micro-level participant experience and the macro-level coordination of systems, partnerships, and service delivery workflows to ensure timely, person-centered, and high-quality service access. The position is essentially responsible for making sure: relationships become referrals, referrals become participants, participants move successfully through services within the first 60 days, and employment partnerships translate into measurable operational activity rather than remaining conceptual. The Mission Integration Coordinator is responsible for helping operationalize new and existing initiatives by ensuring intake procedures, referral processes, partnership expectations, communication workflows, and service delivery models are executed consistently and aligned with organizational standards, mission outcomes, compliance requirements, and quality expectations.
