About The Position

This position helps provide and maintain facilities which give Church members places where they can work, worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances. Each Church facility that is built and/or maintained should: 1) Provide a spiritual setting for members to worship 2) Present an image of reverence and dignity in the community. This position exists to serve priesthood leaders by providing temples, headquarters, and other facilities for their use to help bring souls unto Christ. Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work. From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. They are literally working in His kingdom. Only members of the Church who are worthy of a temple recommend qualify for employment. Requirements

Must be a member of the Church and worthy of a temple recommend
Must be able to provide and maintain facilities for members to work, worship, teach, learn, pray, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances
Must be able to provide a spiritual setting for members to worship
Must be able to present an image of reverence and dignity in the community
Must be able to serve priesthood leaders by providing temples, headquarters, and other facilities for their use to help bring souls unto Christ
Must be able to assist with the operation of the mission home
Must be able to assist with maintaining property cleanliness
Must be able to prepare meals
Must be able to assist with child care
Must be able to assist with laundry
Must be able to complete assigned duties efficiently and timely
