Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in an Agile role supporting development or data teams
Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Confluence and engaging with stakeholders at various levels
Ability to communicate requirements, manage scope, and maintain alignment between stakeholder needs and team capacity
Ability to be proactive and operate in a dynamic environment
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting intelligence environments or supporting defense-related programs, including those related to CWMD
Experience working on classified systems
Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
Knowledge of DoW CWMD policies, strategies, and doctrine
Knowledge of the operations planning process such as MDMP and JOPP
Ability to foster collaboration across various teams
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
