About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Project Engineer for data center MEP project engineering and field coordination in the Atlanta, GA market. This is a full-time mission-critical construction role with a schedule based on project needs. The role involves supporting project managers and field teams with MEP-heavy data center construction execution, tracking various project documentation, and coordinating with multiple teams.

Requirements

• Mission-critical, data center, commercial MEP, electrical, mechanical, or critical infrastructure construction exposure
• Project engineering, field engineering, assistant project management, or coordinator experience on technical builds
• Ability to read drawings/specifications and track RFIs, submittals, changes, issues, and documentation
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through in a fast-moving construction environment
• Ability to work in the Atlanta, GA market and complete any site onboarding requirements
• Dependable, safety-minded, commercially aware, and comfortable in fast-moving project environments

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with MEP systems, commissioning milestones, NEC/NFPA concepts, and project controls is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and field teams with MEP-heavy data center construction execution
• Track RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, procurement items, change documentation, and field issues
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, commissioning, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams
• Help maintain schedules, progress tracking, punch lists, commissioning readiness, and turnover documentation
• Communicate clearly with project stakeholders and keep technical documentation organized
