General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a full-time Mission Coordinator, Scheduler, and Data Analyst who holds an active Top Secret/Special Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Counter-Intelligence Polygraph at Beale Air Force Base, California. This role involves serving on a small team as an analyst providing resource allocation and services scheduling. The position requires identifying and analyzing mission and customer needs, conducting requirements data gathering, and streamlining schedules to efficiently manage and optimize use cases. Tasks include liaison with operational contacts, mission planning, and test and exercise planners to obtain scheduling requirements, sequencing and deconflicting events, and assisting conflicted customers with priority determinations and work-around solutions. The analyst will use web-based tools to develop and publish schedule products, apply change management and re-scheduling actions, and perform quantitative analysis for data, risk, and process measurements. Maintaining best practices, standard operating procedures, and concepts of operation is essential. Assistance will be provided to program authorities, partners, and customer groups for future planning and forecasts. Data analysis, report creation, and briefing preparation are key duties. The role may involve developing team procedures, coaching less-experienced professionals, managing highly complex problems under tight deadlines, and potentially serving as a team or task lead. The work schedule may require working weekends, holidays, and outside normal business hours, with occasional travel (<25%).
