About The Position

Global Dimensions is currently seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Missiles C4I Analyst to join our team in Quantico, Virginia, supporting mission-critical Defense Intelligence requirements with a focus on adversary kill chains, missile systems, and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) capabilities. The Mid-Level Missiles C4I Analyst will conduct comprehensive all-source intelligence analysis of adversary kill webs, including associated sensors, communications architectures, command and control processes, targeting systems, and weapon capabilities. The successful candidate will evaluate adversary sensor-to-shooter processes, identify operational capabilities and vulnerabilities, and produce timely intelligence assessments supporting U.S. Marine Corps operational planning, threat assessments, and intelligence priorities.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance is required.
  • Eight (8) or more years of experience conducting intelligence analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with a portion of that experience obtained within the last two (2) years.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and technical proficiency reflecting completion of required developmental training and relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adversary kill chains, kill webs, missile systems, C4I capabilities, ISR platforms, targeting processes, and associated military operations.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate insights derived from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, technically advanced, or seemingly unrelated.
  • Proven ability to structure intelligence analysis using reporting trends and integrate diverse analytic perspectives across analysts, organizations, intelligence disciplines, and data sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound analytic judgment, and perform effectively with minimal supervision or direction.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across the Intelligence Community (IC), including information sharing, supporting and driving collection efforts, and resolving differing analytic judgments.
  • Demonstrated experience producing clear, insightful, timely, and comprehensive intelligence products supporting Defense Intelligence requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead or coordinate analytic teams addressing complex, high-priority, or mission-critical intelligence problems.
  • Experience guiding the selection, design, and application of analytic methodologies to support complex intelligence assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate arguments, challenge assumptions, assess competing perspectives, and apply validated analytic techniques to develop well-supported conclusions.
  • Strong research, analytical, technical writing, briefing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily research and all-source intelligence analysis of adversary kill webs, with particular emphasis on capabilities and systems posing threats to U.S. Marine Corps forces, operations, and mission requirements.
  • Analyze adversary sensors, communications architectures, command and control (C2) procedures, targeting processes, and weapon systems to assess their integration, operational employment, and effectiveness.
  • Integrate finished intelligence and reporting from multiple intelligence disciplines to develop comprehensive assessments of adversary kill chain capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
  • Produce detailed written and graphical intelligence products, including kill web overviews, sensor-to-shooter timelines, targeting process assessments, and operational analyses.
  • Evaluate adversary kill chain processes, including target detection, identification, tracking, decision-making, information flow, engagement, and battle damage assessment.
  • Assess the integration and operational employment of adversary Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and kinetic and non-kinetic weapon capabilities within broader kill web architectures.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of adversary missile systems, sensors, ISR platforms, communications networks, and associated command and control capabilities.
  • Analyze adversary targeting cycles, information-sharing processes, decision-making structures, and sensor-to-shooter relationships to identify operational trends and intelligence gaps.
  • Identify gaps in Branch and Service-level intelligence knowledge and coordinate with the Kill Chain Analysis Branch to address those gaps through research, collection, analysis, and intelligence production.
  • Develop timely, accurate, and relevant formal intelligence assessments in accordance with Kill Chain Analysis Branch deliberate production plans and established intelligence priorities.
  • Respond to ad hoc Requests for Information (RFIs) by conducting focused research and producing actionable intelligence assessments.
  • Apply validated analytic methodologies and structured analytic techniques to evaluate reporting, challenge assumptions, consider competing perspectives, and develop defensible analytic judgments.
  • Collaborate with analysts, intelligence collectors, technical subject matter experts, and Intelligence Community partners to support intelligence production and collection objectives.
  • Communicate complex technical and operational findings through clear, concise, and comprehensive written assessments, graphics, and intelligence briefings.
