About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in miscellaneous metals, steel installation, or related construction trade.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Knowledgeable of OSHA safety and compliance standards.
- Reliable transportation.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to adapt to construction site conditions.
- Proficient in operating construction tools and heavy machinery (welding tools, lifts, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Install steel components according to blueprints and client specs, ensuring proper alignment, level, and structural integrity.
- Follow all safety protocols, use PPE, and complete site safety checks before starting work.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Safely operate lifts, welding equipment, and installation tools.
- Identify and fix installation issues quickly to stay on schedule.
- Complete projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
