About The Position
M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time Miscellaneous Construction Assistant to join our team. This role involves ensuring safety and compliance on job sites, assisting management with inspections, and facilitating communication between the field and the office.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Inspect trucks for tools and maintenance
- Inspect each job site for safety and to make sure it is OSHA compliant
- Assist Management with field visits and site inspections
- Ensure communication between the field and the office
