About The Position

M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time Misc. Crew Foreman to join our team. This position requires an experienced foreman with strong knowledge of sidewalk prep, the ability to operate a skid steer, mini ex, loader, and other small equipment. The foreman will be responsible for supervising and leading crews to ensure work is performed properly, safely, and efficiently. Requirements

3+ years of experience as a foreman
Able to read plans, shoot and understand grades, and operate pipe lasers and other equipment
Valid driver's license
Small equipment operation experience
Dependable and detail-oriented
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Strong knowledge of sidewalk prep
Ability to operate a skid steer, mini ex, loader, and other small equipment

Responsibilities

Follow project plans, specifications, and grades to ensure accurate installation
Raise and lower water cans
Grade and prep sidewalks
Set fire hydrants
Other job site misc. tasks
Ensure that the job site is safe and OSHA compliant
Maintain and properly care for all equipment and hand tools
Supervise crew to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, while maintaining a rigorous schedule
Communicate effectively and regularly with inspectors and management
