About The Position

Retensa is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for an AI Software Internship focused on Fall 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI software, predictive AI, and Talent Management technologies within a global company. Interns will contribute to the design, architecture, and deployment of AI Software as a Service applications, new websites, and mobile application programs. The role involves hands-on experience with real-world cross-functional AI technologies and provides insights into innovative solutions to accelerate sprint velocity. This internship is ideal for focused individuals with previous software skills who desire real-world experience to expand their knowledge and develop their careers.

Requirements

Candidates should be hard working, enthusiastic, and resourceful Seniors or Graduate students in CS, CIS, Web Tech, IT, or MIS.
Candidates must have experience in any THREE of the following: AI Assisted Development, Web App development, Application Testing/QA, Amazon Cloud (AWS), Agile PM (JIRA), SaaS Product Support, Interactive Voice Agents, HTML, CSS JavaScript
Strict Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Prior web technology skills of any kind are required.
The applicant is proficient in English and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
This person should be a strong team player with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Automation testing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Product Specialists on R&D research and feature requirement gathering
Conduct market research and analyze competitive products
Provide testing support in staging and production environments
Engage with software users by providing customer support
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, to ensure product shipped meets expectations
