Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of training materials, job aids, and process documentation.
  • Supporting Salesforce data quality initiatives.
  • Researching and documenting workflow improvements and operational best practices.
  • Taking part in ministry service strategy meetings, with the possibility of accompanying team members on ministry visits and/or LCMS conferences for ministry interaction.
  • Contributing to resources and programs that support team effectiveness and ministry service excellence.
  • Collaborating with team members across Ministry Engagement and other departments on assigned projects and process improvement initiatives.
