About The Position

Managem is seeking a Mining Production Engineer to join its multicultural, international organization. The position is based at one of Managem's mining sites in the South-East regions of Morocco.

Requirements

General knowledge of mining processes
Basic knowledge of geology, maintenance, mining economics, CAD, logistics, and mineral processing
Strong skills in production planning, organization, and monitoring
Good command of QHSE standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High sense of accountability and commitment
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
Engineering degree in Mining Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent
2 to 5 years of experience in a mining or industrial environment

Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with and enforcement of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards within your scope, including coordination with other departments
Ensuring the implementation of agreed technical solutions as defined in operational procedures
Identifying workforce, equipment, and consumables requirements necessary for the production process
Developing annual production programs and monthly schedules in collaboration with mine planning engineers
Ensuring the sustainability and reliability of production resources
Managing assigned investment projects
Monitoring and controlling technical mining performance indicators
Overseeing the collection of production and billing data
Preparing technical activity reports
Managing interfaces with other operational departments and subcontractors
Analyzing performance data and optimizing ratios, variances, and operating costs
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Leading and managing teams, including recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and career development
