Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consultative, engaging buying experience from first hello to final delivery
  • Bring the MINI product to life through confident demonstrations and strong product knowledge
  • Connect with clients who value design, performance, and individuality
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Consistently follow up and build long-term relationships
  • Achieve performance goals while contributing to a strong team culture
  • Represent the MINI brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
