Requirements

  • Prior sales experience in any industry is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Easily builds relationships with our loyal and potential clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve.
  • Computer proficient.
  • Desire to work as part of a team.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Valid driver’s license and meet insurability standards.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Build relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for life.
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
