About The Position

This role involves stocking and replenishing in-room private bars or mini-bars, as well as in-room coffee stations. The attendant will be responsible for ensuring all items are stocked, charges are computed accurately, and the mini-bars are maintained in good condition. This is an opportunity to be part of the opening team for the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Minimum six months of food service or related work.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office.
• Keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas.
• Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units.
• Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist with in-room dining tray removal.
• Assist with delivery of in-room amenities.
