About The Position

Join our team as a Mini Bar Attendant and play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience. From keeping in-room amenities perfectly stocked to offering a genuine smile that brightens their day, you’ll help create memorable stays that guests will talk about long after checkout.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain predetermined inventory in each guest room’s mini bar
• Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet for mini bar stock
• Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms
• Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting mini-bar service
• Report mini-bar concerns to management including any guest issues
