About The Position

The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and restocking the mini bars in guest rooms. This role supports the team by ensuring that all mini bars are fully stocked and clean, contributing to the overall guest experience and hotel operations. Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
• Certification for TABC & Texas Food Handlers
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bars, fridges and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special requests.
• Assist in training new mini bar attendants as needed.
• Support team performance by collaborating with colleagues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk to ensure the rooms are ready.
• Ensure compliance with Valencia Hotel policies and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with the housekeeping manager and other departments.
• Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Display courteous behavior with guests and team members.
• Report any unsafe conditions immediately.
• Ensure mini bar equipment is in proper working condition.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
