Requirements

Responsibilities
- Understand the hazards of mining and actively plan to go home safe every day.
- Develop technical skills and become expert operators of equipment such as haul trucks, skid loaders, front end loaders, dozers, back hoes, cranes, and golf carts.
- Participate in a world-class fleet maintenance program and work with mechanics to fix equipment.
- Repair, redesign, and build new rock processing equipment, including conveyors, screens, crushers, and perform iron working, motor maintenance, and automation.
- Develop the mine site in every way, including berms and grading, shop and office cleaning, landscaping, and new facility construction.
