The Superintendent, Mine Engineering provides technical and strategic leadership to the mine engineering department. This role is responsible for directing the development, optimization, and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term open-pit mine plans, drill-and-blast designs, and production schedules to support Nevada Projects. The Superintendent acts as the critical bridge between strategic Life-of-Mine (LOM) objectives and daily production, ensuring that all engineering deliverables maximize resource recovery, prioritize highwall and operational safety, and align tightly with processing requirements and operational budgets. As a key member of the site operational leadership team reporting to the Mine Manager Operations, the Superintendent partners closely with Mine Operations, Exploration/Ore Control Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, and Processing to integrate across the mining value chain, optimize resource utilization, and maximize productivity.
