This role focuses on providing nonclinical mindfulness and mental-performance coaching to Airmen in demanding, high-tempo environments. The goal is to enhance their focus, composure, decision-making, resilience, stress-management skills, cognitive readiness, and performance under pressure. The coach will work as part of an integrated human-performance team alongside an Athletic Trainer and a Functional Strength Coach, combining mind and body training. This is strictly a performance-enhancement, nonclinical coaching role, and formal mental-health diagnosis, clinical counseling, psychotherapy, treatment, and patient care remain the responsibility of appropriate Government medical and behavioral-health providers.
