About The Position

Cooperative Producers, Inc. (CPI) is seeking a dedicated Millwright to join their expanding team. CPI values employee contributions and is committed to their professional development, engagement, and success. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, independently or on a team, to maintain equipment and ensure smooth operations. CPI is a safety-minded company, and adherence to safety policies is required. The Millwright will operate welding and fabrication equipment, perform setup, calibration, operation, and preventative maintenance on equipment, machines, and facilities, and diagnose and repair issues. Certified candidates may operate heavy equipment as needed. CPI is looking for 2 Millwrights.

Experience operating welding and fabrication equipment
Experience with setup, calibration, operation, and preventative maintenance on equipment, machines, and facilities

Certification to operate heavy equipment (as needed)
