About The Position

The Millwright maintains, repairs, installs, and modifies sawmill-related equipment to maximize uptime, quality, and productivity while working safely. The role troubleshoots process and maintenance issues, coordinates maintenance activities with the team and others to reduce downtime, and develops and carries out preventive maintenance plans to extend machinery life. The Millwright also contributes to a positive and innovative work environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Superior troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A solid background in heavy industry and construction.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an industrial or wood products manufacturing environment.
• Experience with welding procedures and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities
