About The Position

We are a growing BC business and one of Canada’s leading manufacturers of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers. In this role you will troubleshoot and repair diverse, specialized equipment relating to production, utility, and processing. You will work with and support other trade disciplines, creating a team atmosphere. You will take the lead on projects and new equipment installations as required. You will use your existing welding and machinist skills, and learn new skills through cross training. You will work closely with Process Engineering and Operations to optimize equipment performance.

Requirements

• Multi-skilled background including experience in electronics, electrical, mechanical, structural, and piping
• Trade Millwright ticket, dual trade considered an asset
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of related equipment
• Knowledge of compressed air, vacuum pumps, and HVAC equipment, as well as servo drives, pneumatics, and HMI controls
• An aptitude for learning and understanding operations processes
• A collaborative approach towards problem solving
