About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Davenport, FL area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Assist with disassembling and reassembling an 85-foot machine in a water treatment facility Work safely around crane operations and heavy equipment Perform demolition, assembly, and installation of structural components Assist with basic rigging operations Use torch equipment for demolition when required Utilize hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks Measure and verify materials using a tape measure and basic math Identify and work with materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and other metals Work at heights up to 30 feet using ladders and proper safety practices

Requirements

OSHA 10-Hour Certification; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
Familiarity with confined space procedures and safety protocols
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Experience working around cranes and heavy equipment
Knowledge of proper PPE usage and job site safety standards
Ability to safely use ladders and work at heights (up to 30 ft)
Experience with rigging, demolition, and structural installation
Ability to properly use hand and power tools
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
