About The Position
The Millwright installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots rotating equipment, including natural gas turbines; centrifugal, reciprocating, and axial-flow compressors; vertical and horizontal pumps; blowers, fans, expanders, electric motors, and generators. The role works with operations and maintenance teams on equipment repairs, including mechanical seal replacement, installation and alignment of rotating equipment, fan and blower repairs, and repairs to reciprocating, centrifugal, and screw compressors and pumps. The position also involves vibration analysis, machine shop operations, precision machinery alignment, and basic rigging and flagging.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Ability to replace mechanical seals, align equipment, and troubleshoot rotating equipment.
- Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

- Replace mechanical seals and install and align rotating equipment.
- Troubleshoot pumps, turbines, compressors, fans, and gearboxes.
- Work with operations and maintenance teams on equipment repairs.
- Repair fans and blowers.
- Repair reciprocating, centrifugal, and screw compressors and pumps.
- Apply knowledge of vibration analysis, machine shop operations, precision machinery alignment, and basic rigging and flagging.
