We are looking for a Millwright Craftsperson - Mechanic to inspect, repair, install, adjust, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial millwright or mechanical maintenance experience to contribute to safe, reliable refinery performance while continuing to grow their technical skills.

Requirements

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of maintenance work experience in an industrial environment.
  • Industrial mechanical craftsman experience, Millwright Certification, or comparable mechanical trade background.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
  • This role is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pumps, alignment, hydraulics, pipefitting, and/or welding would be beneficial.
  • transferable skills and the right attitude are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Recognize malfunctioning equipment, diagnose issues, and support timely, practical repairs.
  • Dismantle, clean, fabricate, repair, replace, install, assemble, adjust, and lubricate mechanical, plumbing, and piping equipment.
  • Operate mobile, stationary, and other plant equipment to support installation and repair work, including rigging and mobile equipment operation.
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and schematics; order parts and equipment as required.
  • Maintain accurate service, repair records, reports, and documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing maintenance needs clearly with team members and leaders.
  • Support health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the refinery and site.
