Requirements

Experience in millwork, carpentry, cabinetry, or related trades
Ability to operate woodworking machinery safely and accurately
Strong attention to detail — you care about doing it right
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
Pride in your craft

Responsibilities

Build high-quality, custom millwork pieces from start to finish
Work with modern equipment, tools, and materials
Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
Collaborate with a team that values skill, pride, and professionalism
