Millwork Machine Operator
About The Position
Four Daughters Millwork is seeking a Machine Operator to join our custom architectural woodworking production team in Kingston, Pennsylvania. What You’ll Do Machine Operation Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, panel saws, edge banders, sanders, and other production equipment Set up machines for cutting, shaping, and preparing wood components Follow work orders, shop drawings, and cut lists to ensure accurate production Production Support Assist cabinet makers and assemblers with component preparation Move materials safely through different production stages Maintain organized work areas and ensure efficient workflow Quality & Safety Inspect materials and finished components for quality standards with assistance of QC Follow shop safety procedures and proper machine operation practices Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance as required What We’re Looking For:
Requirements
- Experience operating woodworking machinery or similar production equipment preferred
- Ability to read basic measurements and use measuring tools accurately
- Comfort working in a production shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
