About The Position

Four Daughters Millwork is seeking Machine Operators to join our custom architectural woodworking production team in Kingston, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Experience operating woodworking machinery or similar production equipment preferred
• Ability to read basic measurements and use measuring tools accurately
• Comfort working in a production shop environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery such as beam saws, CNC, PTP, table saws, panel saws, edge banders, sanders, and other production equipment
• Set up machines for cutting, shaping, and preparing wood components
• Follow work orders, shop drawings, and cut lists to ensure accurate production
• Assist cabinet makers and assemblers with component preparation
• Move materials safely through different production stages
• Maintain organized work areas and ensure efficient workflow
• Inspect materials and finished components for quality standards with assistance of QC
• Follow shop safety procedures and proper machine operation practices
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance as required
