About The Position

The Millitron operator is responsible for the production of 1st quality carpet on dye ranges. This must be done safely while minimizing downtime. Requirements

  • Must be computer literate and able to learn computer systems quickly
  • Must be able to drive a fork lift
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must abide by job specific safety and maintain SHARP compliance
  • Must attend echo team meetings and safety meetings

Responsibilities

  • Auditing that all quality critical set-points are correct
  • Perform colorways and change-overs according to specifications
  • Running orders according to provided schedule
  • Troubleshooting Millitron quality issues
  • Learning how to perform Millitron DTM / control plan items
  • Learn and cross train on all Millitrons in the facility
  • Pass written and demonstrated skills test for Millitron Operator
  • Completion of Millitron operator demonstrated skills, beginning with tile print rover
