About The Position
The Millitron operator is responsible for the production of 1st quality carpet on dye ranges. This must be done safely while minimizing downtime. Requirements
- Must be computer literate and able to learn computer systems quickly
- Must be able to drive a fork lift
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must abide by job specific safety and maintain SHARP compliance
- Must attend echo team meetings and safety meetings
Responsibilities
- Auditing that all quality critical set-points are correct
- Perform colorways and change-overs according to specifications
- Running orders according to provided schedule
- Troubleshooting Millitron quality issues
- Learning how to perform Millitron DTM / control plan items
- Learn and cross train on all Millitrons in the facility
- Pass written and demonstrated skills test for Millitron Operator
- Completion of Millitron operator demonstrated skills, beginning with tile print rover
