About The Position

The Millitron operator is responsible for the safe production of 1st quality carpet on dye ranges, while minimizing downtime. This role involves auditing quality critical set-points, performing colorways and change-overs, running orders according to schedule, and troubleshooting Millitron quality issues. The associate will be expected to learn and cross-train on all Millitrons in the facility and pass written and demonstrated skills tests.

Requirements

• Must be computer literate and able to learn computer systems quickly
• Must be able to drive a fork lift
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must abide by job specific safety and maintain SHARP compliance
• Must attend echo team meetings and safety meetings

Responsibilities

• Auditing that all quality critical set-points are correct
• Perform colorways and change-overs according to specifications
• Running orders according to provided schedule
• Troubleshooting Millitron quality issues
• Learning how to perform Millitron DTM / control plan items
• Learn and cross train on all Millitrons in the facility
• Pass written and demonstrated skills test for Millitron Operator
• Completion of Millitron operator demonstrated skills, beginning with tile print rover
