About The Position

Mercer Landmark is hiring a full-time Mill Operator for our feed manufacturing facility in Celina, working on 2nd shift. This role supports daily feed mill operations, including assisting with production processes, handling incoming ingredients, loading outbound deliveries, and operating equipment such as forklifts.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong verbal communication skills and basic reading comprehension
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
• Familiarity with general workplace safety practices
• Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Willingness to work in varying weather and seasonal conditions
• Any combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the job

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Understanding of agricultural or industrial work environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate WEM automation systems to support animal feed production
• Assist with ingredient receiving, feed loadout, and general mill operations
• Perform tasks both inside the facility and outdoors as needed
• Maintain cleanliness through routine housekeeping and organization
• Follow all safety policies and help ensure a safe, compliant work environment
• Provide excellent customer service by supporting patron needs and representing Mercer Landmark professionally
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support operations
