The purpose of this position is to maintain the facility and grounds in a manner consistent with the requirements of the facility manager, company, U.S.D.A. and any local, state or federal requirements. This role involves performing regular housekeeping tasks to minimize dust accumulation and spider webs from various areas of the mill, including equipment racks, walls, pallets, roof areas, baghouses, elevator legs, bin deck area, silo deck, catwalks, distributor decks, and whirley-cleaner decks. The position also requires participation as a member of a team, fostering cohesiveness, and supporting team concepts and policies. Familiarity with Simmons' operating systems and a commitment to supporting them are also essential.
