Requirements

Secondary school education diploma
Common math skills (adding, Subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)
Able to read, write and speak English
Must have effective communication skills
Previous experience in manufacturing
Able to lift and move heavy objects
Able to make decisions on demand

Responsibilities

Provide cleaning inside and outside the mill, Assist operators with production duties and heavy lifting.
Keeping the Mill to a standard of safety and cleanliness
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and housekeeping practices.
Able to work 8 hr and 12 hr continental shifts.
Able to work in hot, cold, humid and dusty environment.
Must have good organization skills.
Follow company policies.
