Requirements

One year of roll mill beam processing experience.
Experience operating banding equipment.
Must obtain and maintain forklift certification and basic rigging within the first 30 days in job and maintain those certifications throughout.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the piler, banding equipment, and shipping table machines.
Assisting with minor repairs on all equipment within the finishing bay, by using various hand tools and torches.
Assisting in other job functions on the crew as needed.
Communicating lengths of bars being produced to meet customer orders.
Obtaining and maintaining forklift certification and basic rigging within the first 30 days in job and maintaining those certifications throughout.
Working rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
