The Milk Receiving Operator ensures the milk that is received meets the quality and safety standards to use for yogurt production. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
6 or more months of experience in a production environment

Responsibilities

Inspect all raw milk trucks on arrival, make sure all vents and lids are properly in place, check smell and color, check temperature and take samples from each compartment
Wash trucks including cleaning lids and vents, hook up hoses for wash system and run wash.
Perform beta-lactam test in lab and fill in all required paperwork
Wash and load the cream trucks, hook up all required hoses and pull the required samples.
Wash both the raw and cream silos
Direct trucks into open bays
Follow Chobani safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
