SUMMARY: Milk receiving is responsible for receiving all fluid daily products and loading out all fluid dairy products. A receiver must ensure proper weights, tests, and samples are taken from every tanker shipped or received. Always adheres to all USDA, GMP, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Follow and understand the “Receiving Standard Operating Procedures”
Keep correct and accurate records
Receive all incoming fluid dairy products
Ship out all fluid dairy products
Test all products prior to receiving or shipping
CIP holding silos, receiving lines and tankers
Obtain a Weighers and Samplers license within three attempts
Run a titratable acidity (TA)
Fill out all bill of lading accurately
Responsible for running Charm Tests
Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly and neat work area.
Conduct SAP transactions accurately
Maintain a safe working environment.
Respect physical demands of job listed in “Physical Demands” section below.
Attendance at work is an essential job duty.
Job requires regular attendance and work to be performed at the Tulare-Levin plant site.
