This position is responsible for performing all team assignments related to the operation of the HTST (High-Temperature Short-Time) pasteurizer in the dairy department. Key duties include maintaining housekeeping standards, operating and shutting down the HTST equipment, monitoring and adjusting controls for butterfat and product temperatures, recording production and regulatory data, performing basic mechanical adjustments, and cleaning and sanitizing equipment. The role also involves interacting with various personnel and performing other assigned duties.
