About The Position

As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe. You'll participate as a Military Security Subject Matter Expert in the establishment of institutional structures, doctrine, and operational practices for U.S. international Partner Nations to manage U.S. origin-sensitive technology and classified information securely. This includes non-resident advising on security programs that align with U.S. and NATO standards, facilitating organizational design, policy analysis, and workforce training through workshops, formal education, and individualized mentoring. These security programs include information security, industrial security, personnel security, and physical security.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience leading and managing U.S. Department of Defense Security Programs, including information, industrial, personnel, and physical security functions
  • Experience leading and managing security functions within the U.S. Defense Technology Security Administration
  • Experience with the Center for Development of Security Excellence in security training and assisting with policy development
  • Experience working with the U.S. Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency on counterintelligence, industrial security, and personnel security
  • Experience working with allied or partner nations, as a Resident or Non-Resident Advisor to international partner nations, and as a Special Security Officer or Representative
  • Experience in the development of Concepts, Doctrine, and Strategy for Strategic Security
  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 50% of the time
  • Secret clearance

  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification
  • Security Asset Protection Professional Certification
  • Security Program Integration Professional Certification
