About The Position

Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) is seeking a Military Planner/Liaison Officer (LNO) to lead the logistics portion of Field Training Exercises (FTX) and Testing & Evaluation (T&E) events. These events take place at various CONUS and OCONUS DoD ranges and facilities. The role is based out of Orogrande, NM, at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). SA-TECH is a DoD contractor specializing in Range operations and maintenance, weapons testing, facilities management, and more, with a strong focus on supporting complex DoD programs.

Requirements

High School diploma at a minimum.
15+ years of military logistic planning experience.
In-depth knowledge of military operations and organizations, including doctrine, tactics, command structures, and Army property control.
Familiarity with military planning and staff processes, including joint and combined planning, and the role of OPFOR in training environments.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to operate professionally in a high OPTEMPO environment.
Current Driver’s License required; must be able to be insured through company’s vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Secret Clearance prior to start date and maintain a Secret clearance throughout employment.
All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

Lead the logistics portion of Field Training Exercises (FTX) and Testing & Evaluation (T&E) events.
Schedule shipments for testing and training exercises and events.
Manage inventory control of necessary equipment, including tracking and maintaining readiness.
Oversee Shipping & Receiving operations, ensuring timely delivery and accountability of materials.
Coordinate with U.S. military personnel, government officials, and supporting contractors in a professional and competent manner.
