Requirements

• Service members in their final 180 days of service.
• Resume inclusive of anticipated service end date.
• Written authorization and approval from chain of command and field grade commander for SkillBridge participation.

Responsibilities

• Gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service.
• Work and learn in civilian career areas.
• Focus solely on training full-time with approved industry partners after chain of command and field grade commander provides written authorization and approval.
• Evaluate suitability for future employment.
